If the product itself is defective, we will provide a limited warranty. This is our fault, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not conceal any abuse you may have yourself. This warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, glass, scratches, damage or accidental damage to stolen belts. All warranty statements and service requirements require proof of purchase, so please keep your receipt. If you purchased from our website, the order number is sufficient; otherwise, if you shop through other authorized sellers or retail stores, you need to contact them directly, as they will handle their own warranty claims, returns and Exchange.
2.How long does it take to refund?
Please note that due to different processing times between payment providers, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed. We will try to complete the refund as soon as possible
